Explanation

I grew up in Southwest Montana, and was more than happy to leave as soon as I could.  After seeing some of the country and the world, Montana starting sounding pretty good again.  Living in Washington D.C. for three years also contributed to this.  I then moved to Colorado Springs, which is very nice too.  But in the five years I lived there I saw the population rocket to about 600,000 from 350,000.  That is a lot of people in a very short time.  By now I had two kids and wanted them to have a quieter life.

So my husband and I thought it would be fun to move to Montana.  I, of course, am thrilled.  He is still getting used to it.  The adventures shall be documented here.
